• Special order items: All sales are final on special order items or made to order.
• How Do I return an item?: Please contact us through eBay or by phone to request for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once we issue you an RMA #, you will have to ship the item back to us on your own accord. Shipping costs are non refundable, and buyer must pay for shipping both ways. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund your money back to your PayPal account.
