Adapts old Budd style lug nuts to accept a newer hub-piloted Unimount style in 22 x 1.5. For use on truck wheels that use the Budd style 2 piece lug nuts. High quality steel skirt nuts prevent rim from shifting forward or backwards (clocking). Fills extra space between the stud and stud hole. Improves vehicle stopping power. Reduces vibration and increases wheel life. Allows nut to be removed with 33mm Hex.
